This is one of of the better books on homeopathy as well, and is often used by schools to teach acute prescribing. Included are flow charts, notes, and diagrams. The author, Lynn Amara, taught for three years at Pacific Academy, and studied the works of Klein, R. Sankaran, Ghegas, Vithoulkas, Zaren, Murphy, Creasy, Messer, and Eizayaga. Boyd – Introduction to Homeopathic Medicine 2nd Ed
The Acute Therapeutics for the Homeopathic Practitioner is written by Hamish W. Boyd and is more advanced that a simple introductory book. It has a light amount of of materia medica, and is used to illustrate the differences between acute conditions and remedies. Castro – The Complete Homeopathy Handbook
The Complete Homeopathy Handbook offers advice on how to treatment headaches, indigestion, and other common ailments. She discusses the history as well as principles of homeopathy, how to professionally diagnose and prescribe, and provides a detailed materia medica and a list of symptoms for both internal and external treatment.
